Zoglo's products are becoming easier to find all the time. Zoglo's Yael's Choice products are currently only available in Canada, but Vegetarian Choice products are available in natural and health food stores, gourmet grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants and other institutions all over the world. How should I store frozen Zoglo's products?
Zoglo's Vegetarian Choice and Baker's Choice products are all natural. We do not use any preservatives or artificial ingredients. Therefore, to ensure the longest life for our products (although you'll find they're too delicious to keep your hands off for long!) we recommend freezer storage. We have lab tested our products after several years of freezer storage and they remain as tasty as ever. Alternatively, if you find that your Zoglo's products have thawed out completely, you may store them in the refrigerator, but be sure to use them within 5-7 days. The only exceptions to this rule apply to Baker's Choice products and our Meatless Cold Cuts - Baker's Choice Puff Pastries must be kept frozen until use, and our Cold Cuts may be stored for 21 days in the refrigerator once thawed.
